Clean sweep for Colfox

SIR John Colfox School runners swept the board in the latest south west Dorset schools' cross-country at Budmouth Technology College.

The school won in every age group they entered with seven finishing in the top 12 of the year seven boys and six in the top 10 year seven girls.

Dominic Crabb and Harry Fleet were the first two home in the junior boys and Danielle Ackerman took the junior girls' title.

Colfox also had five athletes in the top ten intermediate boys.

Results year 7 boys: Colfox 53, Wey Valley 92, Daemers Middle 103; girls: Colfox 39, Beaminster 90, Daemers 92; junior boys: Colfox 66, Budmouth 75, Beaminster 98; intermediate boys: Colfox 34, Budmouth I 42, Budmouth II 107.
