TICKETS for Cherries' mouthwatering clash with Division Two rivals Brighton at Dean Court on Saturday (Oct 18) will now only be available to fans already on the club's database, club officials have announced.
Cherries are anticipating a full house for the visit of the Seagulls and only around 1,500 tickets still remain for home supporters, while Brighton have already sold their allocation.
Chairman Peter Phillips said: "With the prospect of another sell-out, it is important that we give top priority to our regular loyal fans.
"The simplest way of doing this is to restrict ticket sales to customers who have bought match tickets in the recent past.
"I apologise in advance to anybody who is not a regular supporter and who was planning to come along to the Brighton game, but I hope they will understand."
Cherries have urged away fans without tickets not to travel.
