YOUTH POLICY: Chickerell United are taking the lead and developing a youth policy. At present they have enough players to enter two teams in the Mini Soccer League for under-8s and under-10s. The villagers want to produce players for the future under the experienced directorship of Dave Drage. His aim is for the children to understand the basics of football, with the emphasis on enjoyment and team spirit.
